      Το κυρίως χωριό είναι χτισμένο στην βόρειο-δυτική πλευρά του οροπεδίου.Η θέα είναι μοναδική προς κάθε κατεύθυνση.Βόρεια είναι ο κορινθιακός κόλπος και νότιο-δυτικά το Όρος Παναχαϊκό.Έχει υψόμετρο 477 μέτρα από την επιφάνεια της θάλασσας,σε γεωγραφικό πλάτος 38,2615573666 και γεωγραφικό μήκος 21,975907023 (38°15'47"N - 21°58'37"E).Η κοντινότερη μεγάλη πόλη είναι το Αίγιο στα ανατολικά,το οποίο απέχει περίπου 15km και στα δυτικά η Πάτρα με απόσταση 40km.Απέχει απο την θάλασσα 10km,ενώ απο την κορυφή του κοντινότερου βουνού,του Άη Γιάννη,η απόσταση είναι περίπου 10km.
    Οι κάτοικοι του χωριού αλλα και των υπολοίπων 4 οικισμών,τα Συνανιά,τους Αγίους Θεοδώρους,το Λιδωρίκι και τα Μαγαζιά, οι οποίοι ανήκουν στην περιφέρεια της Αρραβωνίτσας,ασχολούνται με την καλλιέργεια της σταφίδας και της ελιας.

Πώς να πάτε εκεί     Για να πάει κάποιος στην Αρραβωνίτσα γρήγορα και απο δρόμο με άσφαλτο,ακολουθεί μια απο τις παρακατώ διαδρομες.Οι ακόλουθες τρείς διαδρομές,έχουν ως αφετηρία το παραθαλάσσιο χωριό Σελιανίτικα.Στην παλιά εθνική οδό Αιγίου-Πάτρας που διασχίζει τα Σελιανίτικα,υπάρχει πινακίδα που δείχνει προς την Αρραβωνίτσα.Οι αποστάσεις παρακάτω έχουν υπολογιστεί με βάση το σημείο αυτό.Οι διαδρομές είναι τρία παρακλάδια αυτού κεντρικού δρόμου τα οποία οδηγούν όλα προς την Αρραβωνίτσα.
Σελιανίτικα-Συνανιά-Αρραβωνίτσα = 9,5km
   Είναι η πιό κοντινή διαδρομή με δρόμο που έχει άσφαλτο.Ξεκινώντας απο το σημείο G,φτάνουμε στο σημείο B όπου βρίσκεται η πρώτη πινακίδα που δείχνει το χωριό προς τα δεξιά.Η διαδρομή είναι ανηφορική και είναι η συντομότερη, όμως,ο δρόμος είναι στενός σε κάποια σημεία απο το σημείο B και μετά. Παρόλ' αυτά,υπάρχει αρκετα καλή ορατότητα καθώς η ψηλή βλάστηση είναι περιορισμένη.
Σελιανίτικα-Δουκανέϊκα-Αρραβωνίτσα = 10,4km
   Η διαδρομή αυτή είναι η αμέσως επόμενη με δρόμο που έχει άσφαλτο.Στο σημείο D αντί να στρίψουμε δεξιά,συνεχίζουμε ευθεία για περίπου 1,5km εως το σημείο C στο οποίο βρίσκεται ακόμα μια πινακίδα που μας δείχνει το χωριό πάλι προς τα δεξιά. Ο δρόμος είναι κι εδώ ανηφορικός πιο πλατύς απο τον πρώτο με περισσότερες στροφές.
Σελιανίτικα-Άλσος-Αρραβωνίτσα = 10,7km
   Η διαδρομή αυτή είναι επίσης δρόμος με άσφαλτο,ελάχιστα μεγαλύτερη απο την προηγούμενη. Φτάνοντας στο C δεν στρίβουμε δεξιά,όπως μας λέει η πινακίδα, αλλά συνεχίζουμε ευθεία περνώντας πάνω απο την γέφυρα. Στο σημείο F στρίβουμε πάλι δεξιά μέχρι το σημείο E οπού στρίβουμε αριστερά για να φτάσουμε στο χωριό.Ο δρόμος είναι κι εδώ ανηφορικός πιο πλατύς απο τους υπόλοιπους με ομαλότερες στροφές.

Διαδρομές για βόλτα     Κάποιος που πηγαίνει απο το Αίγιο προς την Πάτρα απο τον παλιό δρόμο, μπόρει να στρίψει αριστερά προς το χωριό Αγ.Κων/νος και να ακολουθήσει μια απο τις 2 παρακάτω διαδρομες για να πάει στην Αρραβωνίτσα.Οι αποστάσεις έχουν υπολογιστεί με βάση το σημείο αυτό.Είναι μακρύτερες σε απόσταση και χρειάζεται προσοχή για να μην βγεί κάποιος εκτός πορείας.
Αγ.Κων/νος-Λάκκα-Μάγειρας-Αρραβώνιτσα = 13,9km
   Η διαδρομή αυτή είναι επίσης δρόμος που έχει άσφαλτο.Απο το σημείο E ακολουθούμε την άσφαλτο μέχρι το σημείο F,το χωριό Λάκκα,όπου εκεί θα στρίψουμε δεξία για βρεθούμε στο σημείο J,το χωριό Μάγειρας.Εκεί στρίβουμε δεξιά και κατηφορίζουμε μέχρι το σημείο B όπου στρίβουμε αριστερά για να φτάσουμε στο χωριό.
Αγ.Κων/νος-Λάκκα-Τούμπα-Γρηγόρη-Βερίνο-Μυρόβρυση-Μάγειρας-Αρραβώνιτσα = 23,2km
   Η διαδρομή αυτή είναι επίσης δρόμος που έχει άσφαλτο.Απο το σημείο E ακολουθούμε την άσφαλτο μέχρι το σημείο F,το χωριό Λάκκα,όπου εκεί θα στρίψουμε αριστερά για να περάσούμε τα χωριά Τούμπα,Γρηγόρη και Βερίνο.Στο σημείο I θα στρίψουμε δεξιά προς Μυρόβρυση και Μάγειρα και κατηφορίζοντας θα φτάσουμε στο σημείο J όπου στρίβουμε αριστερά για να φτάσουμε στο χωριό.
   Αξίζει να αναφέρουμε,οτι στο σημείο H αυτής της διαδρομής υπάρχει η Γυναικεία Μονή του Αγίου Ιωάννη του Θεολόγου η οποία δεσπόζει στην περιοχή.Απο εκεί,η θέα δεν περιγράφεται με λόγια και αξίζει μια επίσκεψη στην Μονή και στον γύρω χωρο,στον οποίο κατα τη διάρκεια της επανάστασης του 1821 έγινε μάχη μεταξύ Ελλήνων και Τούρκων!

      The main village is built in the north-west side of the plateau.The view is unique in every direction.To the north is the corinthian gulf and to the south-west the mountain Panachaiko.The altitude is 477m from the surface of the sea,in a geografic latitude 38,2615573666 and longitude 21,975907023 (38°15'47"N - 21°58'37"E). The nearest big city is Egio to the east,which is 15km away and to the west the city of Patras which is 40km away.The distance from the sea is 10km,while from the peak of the nearest mountain,Saint John,the distance is about 10km.
      The residents of the village and of the four settlements,Agioi Theodoroi, Lidoriki and Magazia,which belong to the region of Arravonitsa,occupy themselves with the cultivation of the grape and olive.
How to get there     To go to Arravonitsa fast and from an asphalt paved road,you can take one of the following routes.These routes,start from the coastal village Selianitika.To the old National Road of Egio-Patras there is a sign pointing to Arravonitsa.The distances have been calculated according to that point. The routes are 3 branches of that main road which all of them lead to Arravonitsa.
Selianitika-Synania-Arravonitsa = 9.5km
   Is the shortest route with asphalt.Starting from point G,we reach point B where the first road sign is pointing the village to the right.The route is uphill and is the shortest, but the road is narrow in some stages from point B and after.Despite of that, the visibility is very good because the germination is not very tall.
Selianitika-Doukaneika-Arravonitsa = 10.4km
   This route is the next with asphalt.At point B instead of turning right,we continue straight ahead for about 1.5km until point C where we find another sign pointing the village again to the right.The road here is also uphill but wider from the first with more curves.
Selianitika-Alsos-Arravonitsa = 10.7km
   This route is asphalt too,slightly longer than the previous.When we reach the point C we don't turn right,as the sign indicates,but we continue straight ahead crossing the small bridge.At point F we turn right until point E where we go left to reach the village.The road here is also uphill but is widest from the others and the curves are smoother.

Routes for pleasure     Someone who drives from Egio to Patras from the old National Road,can turn left to the village Agios Konstantinos and take one of the following routes to go to Arravonitsa. The distances have been calculated according to that point.The distance is longer and you need to be cautious in order not to deviate from the course.
Agios Konstantinos-Lakka-Mageiras-Arravonitsa = 13.9km
   This route is asphalt road too.From point E we follow the asphalt road until point F, the village Lakka,there we turn right and we get to the point J,the village Mageiras. From there we turn right and we descend until point B where we turn left to get to the village.
ΑAgios Konstantinos-Lakka-Toumba-Grigori-Mirovrisi-Mageiras-Arravonitsa = 23.2km
   This route is asphalt road too.From point E we follow the asphalt road until point F, the village Lakka,there we turn left to pass the villages Toumba,Grigori and Verino. At the point I we turn right to Mirovrisi and Mageiras and we descend to reach the point B where we turn left to reach the village.
   It is worth to mention,that at the point H of the this route,above the village Verino,is the Woman's Monastery of St.John Theologos which overlooks in the area.From there the view cannot be described in words and it is worth a visit there and to the surroundings,where during the Greek revolution of 1821 took place a battle between the Greek and the Turkish armies!
